It's just 25km of slopes open - a couple of runs in Pas de la Casa and a few across in El Tarter, but only for this weekend, then closed during the week and then full opening next weekend. I'm not able to get up this weekend but have heard it's great, very cold still so the snow has kept well and this morning is trying to snow again. I'm hoping to get skiing next Sunday and will have my helmet camera on so will get a video online.

Thank u Steve,,looking forward to seeing a vid, hope the snow keeps coming..
-
Apparently it has been raining today?!?!
-
No, no rain yesterday, or today for that matter.
-
Looks so warm out there this week!!! NOT IDEAL!
-
Temperature in the village at the moment is around 1 degree, with the forecast set to maintain temps between -5 and 5, pretty perfect for keeping the snow in great condition and enjoying the slopes if you ask me.
-
With the rain on the forecast does the significantly affect the snow. We will be out first week in February.
-
In January and February a little rain shouldn't impact the overall snow quality too much but even if it shows rain on a forecast it often doesn't rain on the mountain just because the slopes are higher than where they are taking their readings. Rain was forecast a couple of days ago but nothing materialised, and on Friday it's showing rain with temperatures down to -8 which is far too cold to rain.

Thanks Steve. I just get paranoid very easily.
