    Thank you for your booking - I've just checked our system and the confirmation was emailed to you on November 20th and then again on November 24th (when you requested it again). I'm sorry if you haven't received the emails, maybe we have an incorrect email address on your booking, or they could be blocked by a spam filter.

    Please can you either register here on the forum, or email us with your correct email address, and then we can try to send your confirmation again.
