If it's a lot heavier then it's quite a risk if you've not booked it in advance as you could be on a completely full bus, or if there's only a few of you they can just send a minibus suitable for the people booked. I'd give them a ring on +376 803789 and mention that you'll have a lot of luggage. They might charge you a bit extra, but at least you know there'll be space.

I am looking to book a transfer from barcelona and have followed your link to novotel. On the site it says that only 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total of 20kg can be brought on. Mine will be a lot heavier than this with my suitcase and board bag. Do you know how strict they are with this? or how to get round it?
