1. There may be a tiny bit of snow right on the peaks, but nothing really accessible for you.
2. The average temperature in Andorra in July is 23 celsius.
3. The mountain is set to close to skiing on April 15th, so it would be just a shopping and sightseeing trip. You can stay either in Pas or in Andorra la Vella and take the bus either way. The bus runs around every hour.
