  • The road is snowy, like everywhere else in Pas. As it's snowing so frequently these days the road over the top can be closed it's not easy to say when it is and isn't as the conditions change so quickly. I always take the tunnel don't even think about going over the top as generally am usually rushing around and it's quicker in the tunnel. They don't show the information on the road over the top on the Andorran roads info site as it's open then closed so much with the snow. They just stick to the tunnel as the road to take.

What are the conditions on the mountain
road leading into Pas Del La Casa drive from Toulouse? I know last year the
road was closed for a week. ;)
  • Hi Ric

Dead easy to follow the route - follow signs for Foix from Toulouse - easiest to take the peage route and it's only €5.20 - then along the motorway you'll pick up signs for Andorra, and just keep following them. From the end of the motorway/dual carriageway the roads are a bit slower, but you should be looking at around 2 hours.

The last bit of the journey from Hospitalet is very windy, and if it snows then best to have snow tyres or chains (or both) as it's steep and lots of hairpin bends.

    Hope this helps!

  • Driving from Toulouse

    RicGreen

    Hi all,

Thinking of renting a car and driving up to Pas from Toulouse airport this year to give us a bit more freedom to get out and about whilst we're there. Has anybody done this before? Any info about the journey would be much appreciated....

    Many Thanks
