You'll receive the voucher by email, which you just need to save to your phone (or you can print out if you like). It just needs one person to go to the ticket windows.

Hi
there will be 7 of us including 4 children in the group. if I buy the lift passes on line, how will I receive the voucher to exchange at the lift ticket office ?, also can one person queue at the office to get all the lift passes or does each person have to be there with their own ID to prove date of birth especially for the child passes ?. it would be a big help if one person only could queue to pick up all the passes.
