Some people that drove yesterday from Toulouse airport Via Perpignon near the coast then back to Andorra via Puigcerda and la seu D'Urgell told me they made it in around 4 and half hours.....they did admit to driving fast though

Hi Steve...Thanks for the guidance. How long is the journey to Toulouse either road or train? -

It has happened a few times already this season, including today. It just depends on the weather for how long it is closed - I think the longest this season is two days, the shortest for 2-3 hours.
If the road is closed there's not a lot anyone can do, but just be prepared - bring your driving license with you because it can be the road is open to cars but not coaches, so you could rent a car, or you can drive a longer route around (depending on other routes being open) that can come into Andorra from the Spanish border. Other alternatives include taking a train or bus from Toulouse to Barcelona and catching a Novatel from there. -
We're flying into Toulouse on evening of 17FEB. Whilst its sometime off, bit worried about the frequent closure of the border being seen at the moment. Do these closures only last hours at a time oor go on for longer? We are using the Novatel bus transfer service to get to Pas de la Casa so not sure what happens if we get caught up in this.

Hi Paul
It's taken day by day. Today the road is still closed today and they will review it tonight but next week is way to far in advance to have any idea. What are your holiday/ travel plans for next week?
