this was our third consecutive visit to andorra - usually booked as a complete package with a british-based travel company. This time we organised ski equipment etc. directly with pasdelacasa-andorra.com. We found the service from the rep Emma brilliant. She contacted us on our mobile soon after arrival - and accopanied us to collect passes and equipment - where her advice and rapport with the local staff was very helpful - for the first time my ski boots were adjusted and sized perfectly for me.
