    • Hio Cshgrand,

Thanks for your post. A beginner would be somebody who has pretty much never put skis on before, so these lessons would take them from the very basics of skiing, e.g. how to snow plough, stop and begin to make turns on gentle green slopes. Advanced Beginners are those who have skied before and understand the basics but need help improving their technique, building confidence and learning to parallel turn on beginners slopes (greens and blues).

Don’t worry too much about what level you state on the booking though as this is just to give Ski School a rough indication of where you’re at. At the start of your group lessons you will be placed into groups based on your ability (the instructor will usually ask you a few questions to gauge where you’re at), but if after the first day your son finds that he is well out of your comfort zone or more advanced than others in his group then he/you can ask to change groups, or sometimes the instructor will suggest moving the person to a more suitable group.

Hope this helps but please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

      Kind Regards,

      Ellen
    • Hi Cshgrand,

Thanks for your post. Yes, that's right. Lift passes aren't included in the cost of tuition so you would need to buy this in addition to the lessons.

You might be interested in our weekend special ski saver package which are great value as they include lift passes, group lessons (Saturday and Sunday for 3 hours per day) and equipment hire for €150 per child (age 6-11 years old).

You can book the special ski saver package here: booking.pasdelacasa.com/en/pas…/special-offers/ski/child

Just let me know if you have any questions or if you require assistance with your booking.

      Kind Regards,

      Ellen
