      Hello!

      Going skiing for the first time ever on 9th January 2011. Pas de la Casa is where we have chosen to go, and I am wondering what the temperature is normally like at that time of year? The reason I ask is because I am clothes shopping, and am wondering how many layers I am actually going to need. I have already purchased a base layer, ski trousers, ski jacket, mask, gloves & socks (I love TK Maxx!).

    • It's a tough question to answer as the weather can change very quickly! Even back in November it was down to -12 late afternoon, but then this week is much warmer (around 0 - 5). You'll be best to bring 2-3 layers then you can wrap up if needs be, but don't forget there are loads of clothes shops in Pas so if you've not brought enough you can buy things here.
